Jan 3NOTICE TO BUSINESSES THAT STORE, USE, OR MANUFACTURE ANY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE Hawaii Revised Statutes, (HRS), Hawaii Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (HEPCRA), Section 128E- 6(2), mandates that the owner or operator of a facility in the State that stores, uses, or manufactures any hazardous substances may be required to submit a completed Tier II Chemical Inventory Report Form and filing fee by March 1 of each year to the Department of Health.
