PUBLIC NOTICE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu's (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed amendments to the City's Twenty-Fourth (24th) and Twenty-Fifth (25th) Year Action Plans are provided for your information.
