HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE Notice of Interim Rule Designating Maui and Hawaii Islands as Coffee Leaf Rust Infested Areas and Subject to Quarantine On November 17 2020, pursuant to interim rule, the Chairperson of the Board of Agriculture (Chairperson) designated Maui and Hawaii Islands as areas infested by coffee leaf rust (CLR), Hemileia vastatrix.
