Your facilities may be required to submit a Chemical Inventory Report Form (Tier 2 form) and a $200 filing fee by March 1, 2021. This reporting form addresses a facility's storage, use, or manufacture of hazardous substances anytime during the 2020 calendar year, in quantities that equal or exceed established reporting thresholds.
