Nov 24NOTICE VIDEO MONITORING FOR THE 2019 HONOLULU MARATHON This Notice is to advise the General Public that the City and County of Honolulu (City) will be utilizing video monitoring for the 2019 Honolulu Marathon race. These cameras will be employed for the general prevention and deterrence of criminal activity and to ensure the safety and security of the public and community we serve. The monitoring will only be used to achieve legitimate law enforcement objectives for legitimate public purposes.
