Sep 20PUBLIC NOTICE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT – DECLARED DISASTER RECOVERY FUNDS The City and County of Honolulu (City) was recently notified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that $3,975,000 in Community Development Block Grant – Declared Disaster Recovery Funds (CDBG – DDRF) will be allocated to the City. CDBG – DDRF are being made available to assist recovery efforts in response to the flooding in April 2018. Sep 6City and County of Honolulu - Department of Environmental Services Collection Systems Maintenance The Department of Environmental Services (ENV) will be smoke testing portions of the waste water collection system in the Makakilo area between October 7 to October 25, 2019. The testing will be performed by a City's ENV crew during normal business hours and generally should not affect the public. You do not need to be present but you may notice City personnel working in the area.
