NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE DRAFT "UPCOUNTRY MAUI GROUNDWATER NITRATE INVESTIGATION REPORT" The Hawaii Department of Health conducted and prepared an investigation report on nitrates in Upcountry Maui. The Department requests public comment on the Draft "Upcountry Maui Groundwater Nitrate Investigation Report," dated February 2018, which details the study area and results of the investigation.
