Mar 12STATE OF HAWAII HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MORTGAGE CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM Section 25 of the Internal Revenue Code authorizes "issuers" to issue Mortgage Credit Certificates ("MCC") in lieu of qualified mortgage bonds. The State of Hawaii's Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation ("HHFDC") is an issuer of MCCs. HHFDC intends to implement a $29,218,750 MCC program approximately 90 days after the date of publication of this notice. Mar 9Notice to Servicemembers Regarding Vehicles Auctioned OR SOLD IN VIOLATIO N OF THE SCRA On February 15, 2018, the City and County of Honolulu ("Honolulu"), All Island Automotive Towing ("All Island Towing"), and the United States entered into a Settlement Agreement resolving a lawsuit brought by the United States.
