ROAD CLOSURE MONDAY, JULY 4, 2022 The County of Hawaii in partnership with Destination Hilo, Hawaii Explosives & Pyrotechnics, and the State of Hawaii are proud to present the Fourth of July - Hilo Bay Blast 2022.
