May 15Hawai'i County Council's Committee/Council Meeting Notice The Council meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Room at 25 Aupuni St. (Hawai'i County Building), First Floor, Rm. 1401, Hilo, Hawai'i, on May 20, 2020. At 5:00 p.m., that evening, the Council will hold a public hearing on the FY 2020-2021 Operating and Capital Budgets, Bills 143, Draft 2 and 144, Draft 2. At the same location, a Special Council meeting for the first reading of the budget bills will be held at 9:00 a.m. on May 21, 2020. May 3PUBLIC NOTICE OF CONTINUANCE OF A MEETING OF THE HONOLULU RATE COMMISSION The Honolulu Rate Commission is considering recommendations for policies and fare schedules for TheBus and rail transit. An initial proposal was circulated in January-February 2020 and public testimony was received at three public meetings held on March 3 at Kapolei Hale, March 5 at Kailua District Park, and March 10 at Mission Memorial Hearing Room on the grounds of Honolulu Hale.
