Notice is hereby given of a meeting to be held by the Transportation Commission of the County of Hawai’i in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 91, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, and Chapter 18, Divisions 2 and 3 of the Hawai’i County Code.

This meeting will be held by Interactive Conference Technology (ICT) through Zoom conferencing technology pursuant to Hawai’i Revised Statutes 92-3.5. The public may also attend at the location address provided above and if interested, provide verbal testimony at the meeting by joining Zoom or attending in-person.

Submitting Written Testimony: To ensure timely delivery to Commissioners prior to the meeting, written testimony must be submitted no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, October 6, 2023, by: (1) email to heleonbus@hawaiicounty.gov or 808.961.8744; (2) facsimile to 808.961.8745 or (3) mail to the County Mass Transit Agency 2299 Ho’olaulima Road, Hilo HI 96720. All written testimony, regardless of time of receipt, will be made part of the permanent record. Please submit separate testimony for each item.

Public Comment on Agenda Items in Person: The Public may also provide verbal testimony at the meeting by attending in-person. Please register to testify by contacting heleonbus@hawaiicounty.gov. Comments may be made either during the public comment portion of the agenda or just prior to the relevant business item. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes in length per agenda item.
