Aug 31NOTICE TO MOTORISTS The County of Hawai'i Department of Parks and Recreation announces that Lihiwai Street, located within Hilo's Lili'uokalani Gardens Park, at the intersection of Banyan Drive and Lihiwai Street to the Isle's parking lot will be closed to vehicular traffic from 10:00pm Thursday, September 4th to 6:00pm Saturday, September 6th, 2025 for the 26th Annual Queen Lili'uokalani Festival in Hilo's Lili'uokalani Gardens Park.
