Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Hekau St., for its entire length.”

“Honu Lp., for its entire length.”

“McGrew Lp., for its entire length”

b. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

” ‘Aleka Pl., for its entire length.”

“Kalukalu St., for its entire length.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Makawao St., for its entire length.; to read:

“Makawao St., for its entire length except for portion covered under Schedule XL.”

Waipahu St., for its entire length.; to read:

“Waipahu St., for its entire length; except for portion covered under Schedule XL.”

c. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following items:

“Honu Lp., No right turn from Honu Lp. onto McGrew Lp. southern road (northern intx.)”

“Ko’olani Dr., No "U” turn from Ko’olani Dr. at Ho’olu St. in both directions.”

“McGrew Lp., No “U” turn from McGrew Lp. at Honu Lp. roundabout intx. in the southwest direction.”

“Oneawa St., No right turn on red from Oneawa St. into Uluniu St. and Kihapai St.”

d. By amending Schedule XII of Sec. 15-10.1(b) establishing one-way street by adding thereto the following items:

“McGrew Lp. northern road, southwest direction from northeast intx. with Honu Lp. to roundabout intx. with Honu Lp.”

“McGrew Lp. southern road, northeast direction from roundabout intx. with Honu Lp. to northeast intx. with Honu Lp.”

e. By amending Schedule XIII of Sec. 15-11.2(c) establishing yield right of way by adding thereto the following items:

“Honu Lp.-McGrew Lp. Traffic on Honu Lp. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic in the roundabout.”

“McGrew Lp.-Honu Lp. Traffic on McGrew Lp. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on the roundabout.”

“Waipahu St-Malakele St., Traffic westbound on Waipahu St. making a right turn from the channelized lane into Malakeke St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic on Malakeke St.”

f. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

h. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

i. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones by amending thereto the following item:

Mahimahi St., makai side, for a distance 40′ in the Koko Head direction from a point 104′ Koko Head of the ‘Ewa property line of 5829 Mahimahi St. during the hours 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on school days.; to read:

“Mahimahi St., makai side, for a distance 80′ in the Koko Head direction from a point 29′ Koko Head of the ‘Ewa property line of 5829 Mahimahi St. during the hours 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on school days.”

j. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops by amending thereto the following items:

O’ahu Ave., ‘Ewa side, distance 150′ makai direction from a point 67’ mauka of the makai property line of 2346 O’ahu Ave.; to read:

“O’ahu Ave., ‘Ewa side, distance 121′ makai direction from a point 38’ mauka of the makai property line of 2346 O’ahu Ave.”

Orchid St., Koko Head side, distance 150′ mauka direction from a point 72′ mauka of the mauka property line of Palolo Ave.; to read:

k. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-8.3(c) establishing bicycle lanes by adding thereto the following item:

l. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls in the following particulars:

“Hekau St., 1 anti-speed hump from the intx. with McGrew Lp., along the centerline of Hekau Lp, in the westerly direction:

“Ulupi’i St., 2 anti-speed humps from the southern curb prolongation of Kalaniana’ole Hwy. along the centerline in the southern direction:

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Hau’ula Homestead Rd. Bridge, between Ma’akua Rd. and Kukuna Rd., shall have a weight limit of 24 tons and emergency vehicle weight limits as: Single Axle 12 tons, Tandem 17 tons, Gross 21 tons.; to read:

“Hau’ula Homestead Rd. Bridge, between Ma’akua Rd. and Kukuna Rd., shall have a weight limit of 32 tons and emergency vehicle weight limits as: Single Axle 16 tons, Tandem 21 tons, Gross 30 tons.”

m. By amending Schedule XL of Sec. 15-7.2(j)(1) establishing speed limit — 20 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Makawao St., between N. Kalaheo Ave. and the makai property line of 166 Makawao Ave., the speed limit shall be 20 miles per hour from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., school days only.”

“Waipahu St., fronting Waipahu Elementary School, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., school days only.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
