Sep 20PUBLIC NOTICE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT – DECLARED DISASTER RECOVERY FUNDS The City and County of Honolulu (City) was recently notified by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that $3,975,000 in Community Development Block Grant – Declared Disaster Recovery Funds (CDBG – DDRF) will be allocated to the City. CDBG – DDRF are being made available to assist recovery efforts in response to the flooding in April 2018.
