Department of Taxation Notice of Adoption of Temporary Administrative Rules Pursuant to Section 231-10.7, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), the Director of Taxation of the State of Hawaii has adopted Temporary Rules Relating to Pass-Through Entity Taxation which have been approved by the Governor and which have the same force and effect as any other administrative rule. Pursuant to Act 50, Session Laws of Hawai`i 2024, the Department of Taxation is authorized to adopt temporary rules, which have the same force and effect as permanent rules.
