NAGO, Chief Election Officer of the State of Hawaii do hereby proclaim that the Office of Elections has received notice of the passing of the Honorable Mark M. Nakashima, who was the sole candidate for the office of Hawaii State Representative, District 1. City and County of Honolulu - Department of Environmental Services Collection System Maintenance The Department of Environmental Services (ENV) will be smoke testing portions of the wastewater collection system between August 19th, 2024 to September 6th, 2024 in the Waimanalo area. The testing will be performed by a City crew during normal business hours and generally should not affect the public.
