Sep 15POLICY OF NON-DISCRIMINATION The City and County of Honolulu through its Department of Community Services will administer the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Programs in a non-discriminatory manner as required by its Affirmative Marketing Plans. The HOME and HTF Programs provide financial assistance for the rehabilitation and construction of residential housing units.
