Aug 22CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS BY THE HAWAI'I COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY The Hawai'i Community Development Authority ("HCDA"), a body corporate and a public instrumentality of the State of Hawai'i, is hereby cancelling the Notice of Public Hearing (Decision-Making) that was published on Friday, July 5, 2024. Based on the testimony received to date, the HCDA requires additional time to revise the proposed amendments and compilation of HAR Chapter "15-215" relating to the Kalaeloa Community Development District Plan and Rules.
