Aug 30The Kauai Emergency Management Agency (KEMA) intends to solicit assistance from the Department of Defense Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) program to update the KEMA Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). KEMA last updated its EOP 2008. The IRT will provide operational expertise and planning experience to support KEMA's efforts to bring its EOP to current standards. The proposed assistance will take place in Fiscal Year 2023.
