Mar 21PUBLIC NOTICE REVISION EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (ESG) PROGRAM On March 8, 2019, the City and County of Honolulu (City) published a Public Notice in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser proposing to reprogram Fiscal Year 2017 ESG funds to projects that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve ESG program goals more efficiently and expediently. The City is issuing a revision to the Public Notice to include additional language to allow any funds not committed or spent by May 31, 2019 to be further reprogrammed to an eligible activity that supports ESG recipients, such as the Homeless Management Information System.
