STATE OF HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES MED-QUEST DIVISION PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to 42 C.F.R. §447.205, the Department of Human Services (DHS), Med-QUEST Division (MQD) hereby notifies the public that the MQD intends to submit a State Plan Amendment to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) is soliciting public comment on a draft permit for an underground storage tank (UST) system operated by Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor at Red Hill-Aiea and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The UST system to be permitted includes field-constructed fuel storage and surge tanks at the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility, product recovery tanks associated with Hickam airfield piping, airfield piping and hydrants, and other associated piping.
