Mar 14POLICY OF NON-DISCRIMINATION The City and County of Honolulu through its Department of Community Services will administer the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) in a non-discriminatory manner as required by its Affirmative Marketing Plan. The HOME Program provides financial assistance for the rehabilitation and construction of residential housing units.
