Jun 19City and County of Honolulu - Department of Environmental Services Collection System Maintenance The Department of Environmental Services (ENV) will be smoke testing portions of the wastewater collection system in the south east Kane'ohe basin area between July 13 to July 31, 2020. The testing will be performed by a City's ENV crew during norm al business hours (8am - 2pm) and generally should not affect the public.
