Nov 9POLICY OF NON-DISCRIMINATION The City and County of Honolulu through its Department of Community Services will administer the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Programs in a non-discriminatory manner as required by its Affirmative Marketing Plans. The HOME and HTF Programs provide financial assistance for the rehabilitation and construction of residential housing units. Owners of residential dwellings will be required to affirmatively market available dwelling units through public advertising, maintain records, and provide fair housing information to applicants and tenants.
