November 16, 2022 WATER NOTICE AFFECTED AREA: CUSTOMERS ALONG KAPI'OLANI STREET BETWEEN HUALALAI STREET AND PONAHAWAI STREET, INCLUDING ANY SIDE ROADS AND LANES; SOUTH HILO, HAWAI'I The Department of Water Supply will be conducting a fire hydrant flow test along Kapi'olani Street on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The affected area may experience slightly discolored and turbid water for several hours after the test.
