Jan 6POLICY OF NON-DISCRIMINATION The City and County of Honolulu through its Department of Community Services will administer the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Programs in a non-discriminatory manner as required by its Affirmative Marketing Plans.
