City and County of Honolulu - Department of Environmental Services Collection System Maintenance The Department of Environmental Services (ENV) will be smoke testing portions of the wastewater collection system in the Nuuanu area between June 5 to June 16, 2023. The testing will be performed by a City ENV crew during normal business hours (8am - 2pm) and generally should not affect the public. You do not need to be present but you may notice ENV personnel working in the area.
