Aug 14The Kauai Emergency Management Agency (KEMA) intends to solicit assistance from the Department of Defense Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) program in updating certain Best Available Refuge Area (BARA) tool results. The IRT will provide technical expertise and assessment experience in support of KEMA's BARA re-analysis of certain structures in light of additional information (electronic as-built drawings.) The proposed assistance will take place in Fiscal Year 2026.
