PUBLIC NOTICE COUNTY OF HAWAII REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE FY2024-25 AFFORDABLE HOUSING PRODUCTION PROGRAM Starting May 1, 2024, the County of Hawaii, through its Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD), will accept proposals for the Affordable Housing Production (AHP) Program from eligible non-profit and for-profit organizations, public agencies, and community land trusts.
