Aug 27Public Hearing Notice For Proposed Amendment of Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 13-74, License and Permit Provisions and Fees for Fishing, Fish, and Fish Products The Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR) will hold public hearings on the proposed amendments to Chapter 13-74, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) relating to commercial marine license fees and reporting deadlines for marine dealers.
