Section 5310 – Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities - provides funds to improve mobility for seniors and individuals with disabilities by removing barriers to transportation services and expanding transportation mobility options. Sep 8City and County of Honolulu - Department of Environmental Services Collection Systems Maintenance The Department of Environmental Services (ENV) will be smoke testing portions of the wastewater collection system in the Niu Valley area between September 24th to October 5th, 2018. The testing will be performed by a City's ENV crew during normal business hours and generally should not affect the public.
