Mar 21PUBLIC NOTICE REVISION EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (ESG) PROGRAM On March 8, 2019, the City and County of Honolulu (City) published a Public Notice in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser proposing to reprogram Fiscal Year 2017 ESG funds to projects that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve ESG program goals more efficiently and expediently.
