The Department of Health has issued a Notice and Finding of Violation and Order, in Docket No. 15-CA-EO-11, alleging that GW Construction violated state air pollution laws, HRS §342B-11, HAR §11-60.1-2 and the Temporary Covered Source Permit (CSP) No. 0710-01-CT, by not maintaining records of visible emissions observations, total tons of materials processed, and submitting a location change request.
