Oct 22Notice of Proposed Rule Adoption The State of Hawaii Department of Defense, Office of Veterans Services is proposing to adopt a new rule within the Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 7-31. It is proposed to amend HAR § 7-31-4 by adding § 7-31-4.3. This proposed rule is based in Hawaii Revised Statutes § 363-13.
