Mar 21PUBLIC NOTICE REVISION EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (ESG) PROGRAM On March 8, 2019, the City and County of Honolulu (City) published a Public Notice in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser proposing to reprogram Fiscal Year 2017 ESG funds to projects that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve ESG program goals more efficiently and expediently. Mar 15STATE OF HAWAII HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MORTGAGE CREDIT CERTIFICATE PROGRAM Section 25 of the Internal Revenue Code authorizes "issuers" to issue Mortgage Credit Certificates ("MCC") in lieu of qualified mortgage bonds. The State of Hawaii's Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation ("HHFDC") is an issuer of MCCs. HHFDC intends to implement a $22,651,250 MCC program approximately 90 days after the date of publication of this notice.
