Aug 17City and County of Honolulu - Department of Environmental Services Collection System Maintenance The Department of Environmental Services (ENV) will be smoke testing portions of the wastewater collection system in the central Kane'ohe basin area between September 14 to October 9, 2020. The testing will be performed by a City's ENV crew during norm al business hours (8am - 2pm) and generally should not affect the public.
