For all customers, all potable water used for irrigation will be billed in accordance with the primary usage of the property. Potable water customers are divided into the following classes: Residential: Single-family residential refers to single-family and duplex residences. Multi-Unit refers to multi-unit residences including apartments, condominiums and townhouses. Low-rise constitutes up to three stories in height.
