Mar 6City and County of Honolulu - Department of Environmental Services Collection System Maintenance The Department of Environmental Services (ENV) will be smoke testing portions of the wastewater collection system between April 6, 2026 to May 8, 2026 in the Enchanted Lakes area. Mar 2ADOPTION OF EMERGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE RULES RELATING TO EVICTION BY THE HAWAII PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY Pursuant to sections 91-3 and 91-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) hereby provides notice that it has adopted Emergency Rules Relating to Eviction.
