Feb 9State of Hawaii Hawaii Public Housing Authority OPENING OF OAHU FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING WAITING LIST NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) in accordance with regulations outlined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the HPHA's Federal Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP), will temporarily reopen the waiting list for low-income applicants for the federal public housing program on Oahu.
