Sep 17	The City and County of Honolulu announces the 2021 Call for Projects for the Federal Transit Administration Section 5310 grant program. Section 5310 – Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities - provides funds to improve mobility for seniors and individuals with disabilities by removing barriers to transportation services and expanding transportation mobility options.
