Sep 8City and County of Honolulu - Department of Environmental Services Collection Systems Maintenance The Department of Environmental Services (ENV) will be smoke testing portions of the wastewater collection system in the Niu Valley area between September 24th to October 5th, 2018. The testing will be performed by a City's ENV crew during normal business hours and generally should not affect the public. You do not need to be present but you may notice City personnel working in the area.
