Mar 21PUBLIC NOTICE REVISION EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (ESG) PROGRAM On March 8, 2019, the City and County of Honolulu (City) published a Public Notice in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser proposing to reprogram Fiscal Year 2017 ESG funds to projects that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve ESG program goals more efficiently and expediently. Mar 14POLICY OF NON-DISCRIMINATION The City and County of Honolulu through its Department of Community Services will administer the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) in a non-discriminatory manner as required by its Affirmative Marketing Plan.
