Sep 25State of Hawaii Hawaii Public Housing Authority CANCELLATION OF OAHU FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING WAITING LIST OPENING The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) has canceled the reopening of its waiting list for low-income applicants for the HPHA federal public housing program on Oahu. The HPHA had opened its waiting list in August – September 2022.
