This decision is in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, Hawaii Administrative Rules Chapter 17-2028, and the HPHA's Federal Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP). Any application submitted during the open period will be cancelled.
