May 29The Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) is soliciting public comment on a draft permit for an underground storage tank (UST) system operated by Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor at Red Hill-Aiea and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The UST system to be permitted includes field-constructed fuel storage and surge tanks at the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility, product recovery tanks associated with Hickam airfield piping, airfield piping and hydrants, and other associated piping.
