Jan 23City and County of Honolulu - Department of Environmental Services Collection System Maintenance The Department of Environmental Services (ENV) will be smoke testing portions of the wastewater collection system between February 24th, 2025 to March 21st, 2025 in the Alewa Heights area. The testing will be performed by a City crew during normal business hours and generally should not affect the public. You do not need to be present but may notice the City crew working in the area on the actual test date(s).
