NOTICE TO MOTORISTS The City and County of Honolulu will convert the intersection of Iolani Avenue, Alapai Street, and Prospect Street into an "All-Way Stop" controlled intersection. Motorists are cautioned to obey the existing and newly installed traffic control devices. The traffic control devices will be installed by the end of December 2023.

The City and County of Honolulu (CCH) hereby gives notice to the public of the updated Tax Map Keys (TMK) referenced below. This change has been recorded in the City of County of Honolulu's real property records and will take effect immediately. The real property tax bill for the 2023-2024 tax year, scheduled for January 2024, will also reflect this change. The 2024-2025 Notice of Assessment, expected to arrive around December 15, 2023, will show the updated tax map key. The Hawaii Department of Health, Hawaii District Health Office intends to solicit assistance from the Department of Defense's Innovative Readiness Training Program.
