September 15, 2021 WATER NOTICE AFFECTED AREA: CUSTOMERS ALONG SHIPMAN ROAD BETWEEN SHIPMAN ROAD AND KEA'AU LOOP, INCLUDING ANY SIDE ROADS AND LANES; PUNA, HAWAI'I The Department of Water Supply will be conducting a fire hydrant flow test on Shipman Road between the hours of 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 7, 2021. The affected area may experience slightly discolored and turbid water for several hours after the test.
