Jan 24	PUBLIC NOTICE EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (ESG) PROGRAM On January 1, 2023, the City and County of Honolulu (City) published a Public Notice in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser proposing to reprogram ESG funds to Fiscal Year 2021, 2022, and 2023 projects that could utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve ESG program goals more efficiently and expediently.
