REQUEST FOR INTEREST ‘DIRECTLY NEGOTIATED PARKING CONCESSION CONTRACT FOR PARKING LOT CONCESSION AT THE MAALAEA SMALL BOAT HARBOR The State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources is publishing a Request for Interest (“RFI”) for qualified parties interested in a Parking Lot Concession of State-owned lands within the Maalaea Small Boat Harbor situated at Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, pursuant to Chapter 102-2 (b)(1), Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”). NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT HAWAII PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY (HPHA) REVISED UTILITY RATES AND ALLOWANCES FOR FEDERAL PUBLIC HOUSING RESIDENTS WHO PURCHASE THEIR OWN UTILITIES, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GWEN pursuant to Hawaii Administrative Rule, Section 17-2028-7, the HAWAII PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY (“HPHA”) will be revising the monthly utility allowances forfederal public housing residents who purchase their own utilities, beginning JULY 1, 2023. The revised rates and allowances listed below will be made effective on JULY 1, 2023. Please note that written or oral comments on the revised utility rates or allowances may be submitted until March 31, 2024 to the: Hawaii Public Housing Authority Property Management and Maintenance Services Branch PO.
